I'm a slaw dog connoisseur I ordered slaw and chili dog. it was tasty but it was so messy you honest-to-god could not enjoy eating it LOL im little more critical than most because my family has restaurants before. Fries werent warm and no salt-seasoning. First time in yrs I dumped ketchup on my fries. Like the ketchup packets. Easy to use better than old style packets. Menu said milk shakes but was told no ice cream til thanksgiving. Ill give it another try prefer to support family places over chains. Service friendly!

This is a really good burger. Don't need a lot of sides to satisfy senior appetites.

Their hamburgers are fresh meat not frozen and are out of this world

The best next to home cooked as you can get. I highly recommend 3 Nelson's hamburger to anyone who likes fresh ingredients . you control the amount of salt to your taste. the fries are steak fries come unsalted it's up to you to add or don't add salt I especially like this !

Solid burger and STEAK FRIES!!! Local group of people kept a steady line which means to me it is valued as a locals choice. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a simple grilled cheese and it wasn't even hot or cut and the cheese wasn't melted and was still cold.

These are the best hamburgers in town. The service is slower than the other burger joints in town, but what you pay in time, you pick up in quality. They're burgers served the way they should be. Also, +1 for serving a burger with steak fries. That's what's supposed to be served with a burger!

This place was a nightmare! As a truck driver I try to support Mom and Pop establishments. But, this one by far was my worst experience. Loud music, staff very unfriendly! I even called Management to explain to them why I had to leave my food and my cash. Her reply was... "We are short staffed, my son is sick, dont come back !

Best Burgers I've eaten since my mother. Menu has that flare that is awesome.

The burgers are definitely the best around, the service is good, the philly cheese steak sandwich is hit and mis, some times the meat is like steakums and then sometimes it's real chopped steak, both are good but as you can imagine the chopped steak is much better, I may be wrong but seems like when I get one at lunch it's fabulous, one at dinner is just ok, but like I said both are good, hope they eventually expand into a larger building with a bigger dinning area with maybe even an outside dinning area, get that cheese steak more consistent and I'd have to go five star

Drove 12 miles to try this new restaurant...First timer, chef, and a picky eater... Great customer service! Ordered a burger n fries..fresh toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions) burger wasn't seasoned(very low sodium) and raw in the middle.....took a bite couldn't eat anymore(to red in the middle)...fries was good but could have cooked 2 min longer..I like kinda golden brown fries not pale white...but I finished the fries...overall they need to cook the food a little longer...🎆

If you want a greasy old fashioned burger this is your place. The regular burger is large and the side of fries were more than enough for one person. Prices are low as well. My only complaint is the menu. Nothing is described and for a first timer it was hard to figure out what was in each item. The cashier seemed to not know much herself when another gentleman ordered after me. The establishment was busy at lunch time so prepare yourself with extra time if you go during lunch.

Great burgers!! If you're a health nut this is not your restaurant. If you want old fashioned burgers, dogs and fries: this is your stop!! Great food for low prices!!

Food was great when you can get it. Really no drive in. You have to order at window and tonight there was a note posted that drive in is for pickup only. I went inside, ordered, and asked if I could pick up at drive through. Told yes. When I returned a customer was ahead of me ordering. I pulled around and went inside. So disappointed with service and food tonight.

I was highly impressed the food quality, you can tell when it's fresh meat and this place definitely has the best burgers I have had in a long time. Great customer service and cant wait to check out it the other location in Perry Fl. It's worth the trip to Quitman for this burger, check out the specialty burgers they have too. Small town cafe feel, not fast food burgers, dont be in a rush. Slow down and take time to enjoy. You wont regret it. I didn't.

I use to go to three Nelson’s in Quitman every chance I got meet friends take grandkids. Today was the first time trying again after the sundae disappointment. $3 the sundae didn’t clear the little cup on the bottom so why have all the room at the top of the cup??? Craved one of your great hamburgers another very disappointing experience. WHAT HAS HAPPENED!!! Others have said nooo I don’t go there any more. We were so happy when you choose to come to Quitman. Now afraid we are losing you. 😢
